Start by spreading the deck out or shuffling through it and inviting yourself, the client, or the individual to pick one (or several) that resonates with them. Pause to connect with it and visualize the color expanding. Then explore what comes up, whether it’s bodily sensations or thoughts.

Tips: When choosing a card, it’s best to go with the first one(s) that you feel drawn to. Try not to immediately question your decision or analyze why you choose it. Often we tend to downplay what needs to be processed because of the fear of being overwhelmed by it or we just haven’t consciously connected with what we are internally mulling over.

There’s no wrong answer here or hidden meaning in any of the cards. Really. This isn’t a Rorschach test or personality quiz. It’s simply a tool for you to get to know yourself better.
